That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from 13 R-2, Single Family Residential District,to PD-C Planned District—Commercial (see Exhibit A): 14 15 Z-10255 - DESCRIBED AS LOTS 8 AND 9, BLOCK 13, HOLLENBERG 16 ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, 17 ARKANSAS. 18 19 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by 20 the Little Rock Planning Commission. 21 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Quo #2 — STR-2 to PD- 22 C, located at 5614 "H" Street, is conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within the time 23 specified by Chapter 36,Article VII, Section 36-454 (e)of the Code of Ordinances. 24 Section 4. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan 25 approval. 26 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of 27 Little Rock,Arkansas, and designated district map be and it hereby amended to the extent and in the 28 respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 29 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause 30 phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such 31 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall 32 remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional 33 was not originally a part of the ordinance.
