3 AkORDNANCE TO APPROVE A PLANNED ZONING DEVELOPMENT
4 AND TO ESTABLISH A PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED
5 QUO#1 —STR-2—PD-C,LOCATED AT 320 SOUTH VALENTINE STREET
6 (Z-10254), CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS,
7 TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
8 ROCK;AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
11 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS.
12 Section 1.The zoning classification of the following described property shall be changed from
13 R-3, Single Family Residential District,to PD-C Planned District—Commercial (see Exhibit A):
14 Z-10254 - DESCRIBED AS LOT 6, BLOCK 1, BODEMAN'S ADDITION
15 TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,PULASKI COUNTY,ARKANSAS.
16 Section 2. The preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the
17 Little Rock Planning Commission.
18 Section 3. The change in zoning classification contemplated for Quo #1 — STR-2 — PD-C,
19 located at 320 S. Valentine Street, is conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within the time
20 specified by Chapter 36,Article VII, Section 36-454 (e)of the Code of Ordinances.
21 Section 4. This Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan's
22 approval.
23 Section 5. The map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
24 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map, is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
25 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
26 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause
27 phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
28 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall
29 remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional
30 was not originally a part of the ordinance.

1 Section 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are
2 inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such
3 inconsistency.
