UNIVERSITY AVENUE (Z-7838) 8 IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER 9 PURPOSES. 10 11 WHEREAS,Ordinance No. 19,358, Little Rock,Ark,No.LRO 19,358 (August 1,2005)rezoned 12 the Property located immediately south of 4111 S. University Avenue from C-3 General Commercial 13 District to PCD, Planned Commercial District,establishing the Rush Engine DBA Triumph of Arkansas— 14 Short- Form PCD. See Exhibit A;and, 15 WHEREAS,the property owner has requested that the PCD be revoked and the prior C-3 zoning 16 be restored;and, 17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE 18 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS. 19 Section 1. 20 a. That Ordinance LRO No. 19,358 is hereby repealed, and removed from the official 21 zoning map of the City of Little Rock,Arkansas. 22 b. The property on the official zoning map shall be rated as C-3 General Commercial 23 District. 24 Section 2.The map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, 25 Arkansas, and the designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 26 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 27 Section 3.Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item,sentence, clause phrase, or 28 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 29 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 30 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 31 ordinance.
