Dear Angela,
This letter is in re ;ards to the above property. There is
an addition built on to 'he house that is not constructed by
any city codes. This addition is built with wood right on the
ground causing termite problems that will affect the rest of
the house. With this addition constructed like it is, there is
no way to guarantee th ,, house from any future termite
damage.
1 strongly recommend that this structure be torn down
and the porches and balconies be restored like the house
was originally constructed.
