Dear Mr. Bernard -
Please fmd attached several pictures of our proposed sign for Bowen & Wiggins Law Firm, PLLC, located at 1409
Cumberland Street. I am uncertain as to the quality of these digital images. If they are unclear or do not depict what
you need to submit to the board, please contact my office. As I stated to you on the phone earlier, the sign has been not
mounted. We are awaiting approval of the board to complete the project. Once mounted, the sign will be a total of 48
inches tall and 39 inches wide. I believe the sightline will be even with the top banister of the porch, if not slightly
below it. I am certain that the window on the porch, although not original to the home, will not be obscured.
I was my understanding from our conversation on this day that neither my presence nor the presence of my law partner,
Brooks Wiggins, is required at tonight's meeting regarding approval of our sign. Further it was my understanding that
you would state to the board that our re -designed sign met the board's requirements. In addition, I believe that you
stated that approval should not be an issue at this point because of our compliance with the board's requirements. If
any of this information is incorrect, please contact me at my office at your earliest convenience. I thank you in advance
for your attention to this matter.
