Dear Ms. Bowen:
The Little Rock Historic District Commission held a public hearing on February 12, 2004, and
discussed your application for placement of a business sign in front of your place of business.
The Commission approved your application with the following conditions:
1. Existing sign must be lowered on the bottom and top including post and finials so that
the architectural character, design and features of the house are not obscured.-
2. The attached Quapaw Realty sign is to be necessarily removed.
3. If possible, curved design on top of sign to be modified to be straight to concur with the
architectural design of house.
4. Any additional sign for additional business signs will need HDC approval
Once the above conditions have been met, a copy of the approval COA will be forwarded to
