Pursuant to your request during the consideration of Dr. Ash's COA for the above -
referenced property, enclosed please find a draft of the letter to David Duff pertaining to his actions
as Dr. Ash's contractor and the unauthorized application of artificial siding.
Review the draft and forward any revisions or comments to me by Wednesday, October
14th; I anticipate sending the letter to Mr. Duff on Thursday, October 15th, as I will be out of town
for the following two weeks.
