3 A RESOLUTION TO CHANGE THE NAME OF PECKERWOOD ROAD,
4 LOCATED WEST OF SAM PECK ROAD (G-25-235) TO ATHLETIC
5 CLUB DRIVE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS,pursuant to Little Rock,ARK., Rev. Code §31-324(1988), has filed a Petition
8 to change the name of Peckerwood Road, located West of Sam Peck Road to Athletic Club Drive.
9 and,
10 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission, at is February 12, 2026, meeting, voted to
11 recommend approval of the proposed street name change with a vote of 8 (eight)ayes, 0 (zero) nays, and
12 2 (two)absent, and 1 (one)open position.
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
14 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
15 Section 1. The name of Peckerwood Road, located west of Sam Peck Road, is hereby changed to
16 Athletic Club Drive.
17 Section 2.This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption, and the City
18 Manager is hereby directed to notify all departments of said change.
19 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase,
20 or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
21 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
22 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
23 resolution.
24 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances,resolutions, or parts of the same,that are inconsistent
25 with the provisions of this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
