3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
4 INTO A CONTRACT WITH JDT GOLF INC., DB/A ARKANSAS GOLF
5 AND POWERSPORTS, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED SEVENTY-
6 FIVE THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE AND 79/100 DOLLARS
7 ($75,555.79), PLUS APPLICABLE TAXES AND FEES, FOR THE
8 PURCHASE OF FOUR (4) NEW CUSHMAN HAULER XL UTILITY
9 VEHICLES, FOR USE BY THE LITTLE ROCK ZOO STAFF; AND FOR
10 OTHER PURPOSES.

12 WHEREAS,Little Rock Zoo has a need to acquire four(4)new Cushman Hauler XL Utility Vehicles,
13 for use by the Little Rock Zoo staff to care for animals and maintain Zoo property, as replacements for
14 older,high-mileage utility vehicles which require costly maintenance; and,
15 WHEREAS, pursuant to Little Rock, Ark. Resolution No. 16,603 (February 18, 2025), vendor
16 selection of JDT Golf Inc., doing business as Arkansas Golf and Powersports, was made through
17 Sourcewell Contract No. 091024-JCS; and,
18 WHEREAS, the total cost to purchase four (4) new Cushman Hauler XL Utility Vehicles is in an
19 amount not to exceed Seventy-Five Thousand, Five Hundred Fifty-Five and 79/100 Dollars ($75,555.79),
20 including applicable taxes and fees,per the JDT Golf Inc. Quote attached hereto as Exhibit A.
21 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
22 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS;
23 Section 1.The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with JDT Golf Inc.,in an amount not
24 to exceed Seventy-Five Thousand, Five Hundred Fifty-Five and 79/100 Dollars ($75,555.79), including
25 applicable taxes and fees, for the purchase of for the purchase of four(4)new Cushman Hauler XL Utility
26 Vehicles.
27 Section 2. Funds for this purchase are available from Fleet Services Account No. 108609-72300-
28 S600638.
29 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
30 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
31 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
32 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
33 resolution.

1 Section 4.Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
2 the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
