Re: 1302 Cumberland; Bien House
To Whom It May Concern:
We are requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for the business sign in front of the building.
We painted the existing sign in November, 2011 in anticipation of our move, and are asking for a
certificate after the fact. Please place our request on your agenda for the April 9, 2012
Commission meeting.
The sign is composed of a painted laminate material, adhered to the front of the old signboard.
Dimensions are as follows:
Posts (2) 55 inches tall
Signboard 46 inches width, 32 inches height
Please find enclosed a picture of the new sign, and our application.
