All,
I have a COC (Certificate of Compliance) filed for the Bein House at 1302 Cumberland. It is located in
the Capitol Zoning District area, the MacArthur Park Local Ordinance district and has a conservation
easement on the property.
I am sending all of you the same email so that we can all agree to the scope of work that is proposed to
be done. Please send your comments back to me after reviewing the materials. Please sign if you are
okay with the proposed changes. My office will issue the building permit after everyone is on the same
page.
