Dear Ms. Murray:
This letter is to inform you that the referenced address is located within the MacArthur
Park Historic District and the recently constructed fence is out -of -compliance with the
District's regulations. MacArthur Park Historic District is a local ordinance district and
all exterior changes must obtain a Certificate of Appropriateness before construction can
take place. Our records indicate that the fence at 1305 Cumberland does not have the
necessary Certificate of Appropriateness. Please contact this office to determine what
steps will need to be taken to correct this oversight.
Ownership information was obtained through the Pulaski County tax records.
