RELATEDNESS CRITERIA RATING SYSTEM

Any new construction or major modification to an existing significant structure
(priority I or II) shall comply with not less than six (6) of the relatedness
criteria with at least one criteria being from each of the three (3) groups:
I - Qualities of the Block; II - Qualities of the Building Form; and III -
Qualities of the Building Treatment.
