SUBJECT: Capitol Zoning District/'MacArthur Park Historic District Design Review
'The Renaissance Corporation has filed with my office, an application for a
new four unit condominium at 1304 Cumberland (vacant lot south of Witsell,
Evans, Rasco Offices).
This project is the first new.construction project in our overlapping areas of
jurisdiction. Please review this and give me your comments.
The Capitol. Zoning Distr.i.c,t Design Review Committee will meet at 12:00 noon at
the Villa Marre on Wednesday, February 20, 1985 to review this proposal. If
you can attend this meeting; I would appreciate your input.
