Project Description with Conditions listed:
1) Brick Repair at front of house
a) Level front right brick column pier by straightening and placing additional concrete footing
underneath.
b) Use Type N mortar with joint to match existing if needed.
2) Porch repair
a) Porch Floor Repair
i) Remove rotted porch flooring and replace with tongue and groove decking.
ii) Replace any rotted or damaged porch support floor joists.
b) Porch ceiling Repair
i) Remove damaged bead board ceiling and replace with bead board of same dimension,
shape and profile.
ii) Caulk, prime, and paint.
c) Porch Support Repair
i) If necessary, replace porch support columns on front porch with supports of same size,
profile and material as existing.
3) Wood Siding Facade Repair
a) Trim Boards and Siding Repair
i) Remove damaged trim boards and siding pieces and replace with boards of same
dimension, shape and profile.
ii) Caulk, prime, and paint.
b) Trim Boards and Sills around Windows
i) Remove damaged trim boards and replace with boards of same dimension, shape and
profile. Match details of sill of windows.
ii) Wood should be pressure treated wood for durability.
iii) Caulk, prime, and paint.
c) Rear Faoade.
i) The horizontal siding and verge board visible from 11th Street be cement fiberboard or
wooden.
