Conservation Easement Project Review
Historic Resource Number PU3028
Dear Ms. Dilks:
This letter is in response to the proposed project plans submitted to the
Arkansas Historic Preservation Program (AHPP) for our review. As you
are aware, AHPP holds a Deed of Conservation Easement on this
property and we are required to review and approve any alterations
that affect the exterior appearance of the building and property
grounds.
We have reviewed the proposed HVAC units replacement plans
submitted by Jack King Custom Homes. AHPP staff members have
determined that the proposed work meets the Secretary of Interior's
Standards for Rehabilitation. An additional proposal for security
measures to protect the new HVAC units is outstanding. Plans for the
next phase of the project need to be submitted to our office for review
and approval.
Should you have any questions, please contact me at
Paul. Porter(d),arkansas.gov or at (501) 683-6672.
Sincerely,
f
