Project Description with Conditions listed:
1) Front Fagade Windows
a) Windows on front facade to be Quaker Windows Brighton Series 6/6 wood windows aluminum clad exterior.
b) All other widows to be vinyl windows as installed.
2) Vinyl Siding
a) Vinyl siding to be as installed on rear and south side of house.
b) Vinyl siding to be removed on infill porch on north side. Wood siding to be repaired or replaced to match original.
c) Soffits were approved as installed..
3) Front door
a) Therma-Tru door number SA936HD/936HD to be installed.
4) Steps
a) Steps to be wood and to enchase the existing concrete steps.
b) Steps to be painted porch gray.
5) Porch columns.
a) Engage 4x4 post into siding and trim arch to match 1017 Cumberland
6) Steps Railing
a) Railing to be constructed of 2x4 handrails with 2x2 balustrades, paint to match trim.
7) Porch floor to be replaced with tongue and groove pine wood installed perpendicular to front fagade and painted with Gray porch paint.
