Improvements completed and shown in pictures: ■ Due to vandalism we had to replace the old aluminum windows with white double paned vinyl windows. ■ A new front door was installed because the old door and casing were un- repairable due to multiple break ins. ■ We put vinyl siding on the sides and back of the house that matched the original lattice. ■ Due to rotting on the front of the house we installed vinyl soffits. hnprovements desired and not yet completed: ■ We would like to paint the foundation a taupe color to match the paint on the front of the house. ■ We would like to put very simple headers on the front two windows to dress up the house and match it more closely to the rest of the houses on the street. (see picture) ■ We would like to match the stairs to the front alcove opening by building wooden stairs overtop of existing concrete. In order to make the front of the house look more symmetrical. We will also place a Doric column on each side of the stairs. Thank You For Your Time, CPAL Construction
