Project Description with Conditions listed:
1. Paint exterior of structure on siding and wood surfaces only.
a. Replace rotted wood with material of same size as material as original.
2. Roofing
a. Replace asphalt roofing on shed roof on rear of structure with "torch" roofing-
b. Paint galvanized drip edge to match trim on house.
3. Rock columns on front porch.
a. Do not paint or pressure wash rock columns on front of house.
4. All interior work does not need to be approved by the HDC.
