Thank you for modifying your light fixtures on the front porch. They are now not visible from
Cumberland Street, which will permit me to close the enforcement case on the property.
Please call me on my direct line at 371-4789 before you do any further changes to the exterior
of your property to check to see if a COA is necessary. I work with property owners to make
sure that they are in compliance and give advice on maintenance items as well. I do have the
authority to sign off on a number of maintenance items that do not require a public hearing.
Please check with me ahead of time to avoid this situation in the future.
