Project Description with Conditions listed:
1) Awnings
a) Remove and replace existing fabric while using existing frames on four awnings on north
side.
b) Do not remove any of the three small awnings that are located on the north wall.
c) Reinstall awning on west side of building to match size of mounting holes in wall and size
shown in photos below.
d) Depth of awning to be a maximum of half of the width of the sidewalk.
e) No advertising or signage shall be incorporated into awning design without a previous
Certificate of Appropriateness being issued.
2) Cleaning of Building
a) Clean exterior of building using mild soap and low pressure to remove mildew and dirt from
exterior of building.
