Dear Mrs. Richards:
The Little Rock Historic District Commission on January 12, 1995 approved your
application for window replacement on the apartment building at 1107 Cumberland
Street. The Commission approved new aluminum windows to be used only on the sides
and rear of the structure, and the fiont facade of the building to be taken back to its
original configuration of 6 over 1 wooden windows.
