Match details of sill of windows in west side front entry alcove and match lintels of window on first floor north side westernmost set of three windows. b) Wood should be pressure treated wood for durability. c) Caulk, prime, and paint after stucco repair has been completed. 2) Stucco Repair (Repairs to portions of the structure that caused the stucco to fail are to be completed before stucco is repaired as partially stated above.) a) All finished stucco to have a texture to match the bulk of the building. This texture is evident on the west side of the building in the entry alcove. b) Small cracks may be sealed with a thin slurry coat consisting of the finish coat ingredients being mindful of the texture finish to match building. Commercially available caulking compounds are not suitable materials for patching hairline cracks. c) On holes in stucco, remove all loose stucco, inspect and repair if necessary wood or metal lathe, apply three layers of stucco with finish texture to match. d) Remove previous patch jobs of stucco and replace to match texture of building. e) Caulk around wood trim, prime, and paint. f) Areas to be removed or repaired are: i) Buckled stucco on west facade where gutters were removed. ii) Hole in stucco first floor under northernmost windows on west fapade. iii) Hairline cracks (not all noted) as under first floor westernmost windows on south facade. iv) Remove prior bad patch job that needs repair under first floor bay windows on south facade. v) Buckled stucco beside first floor bay windows on south facade. vi) Buckled stucco and bad prior repair between first and second floor windows in bay on north facade. vii) Around southernmost air conditioner unit on east facade. 6 Staff Signature The original is printed on pale orange paper.
