Re: Installation of soffit, fascia, and gutter modifications
Dear Dr. Sparrow,
The Little Rock Historic District Commission has reviewed the Installation of soffit,
fascia, and gutter modifications at the October 11, 2010 meeting. The Little Rock
Historic District Commission has approved your Certificate of Appropriateness of the
Installation of soffit, fascia, and gutter modifications. The final vote was 5 ayes and 0
noes.
Enclosed is your Certificate of Appropriateness. The original (printed on blue paper)
should be kept with your important papers. I have also enclosed a copy for your use.
Please obtain a building permit of the work done on the soffits and costs of stucco repair
at your earliest convenience. You will need to bring your COA with you to obtain your
permit.
