KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
We KAREN B=NNLLER REDDIG AND BILL REDDIG; WIFE AND HUSBAND, hereafter called
Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and other
valuable consideration to us in hand paid by GEORGE DEROECK AND CARA DEROECK,
HUSBAND AND WIFE hereafter called Grantee(s), the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto Grantee(s), and unto his/her/their/its heirs,
successors and/or assigns forever, the following lands lying in the County of PULASKI and State
of Arkansas:
LOT 1, BLOCK 48, ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS
All of the above described real property is transferred subject to covenants, conditions,
easements, exceptions, reservations, restrictions, rights and rights -of -way of record.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Grantee(s) and unto his/her/their/its heirs, successors
and/or assigns, forever, with all appurtenances thereunto belonging.
And we hereby covenant with Grantee(s) that we will forever warrant and defend the title to said
lands against all lawful claims whatever.
And We, KAREN B. MILLER REDDIG AND BILL REDDIG, WIFE AND HUSBAND, for and in
consideration recited herein, do hereby release and relinquish unto the said Grantee(s), and unto
his/her/their/its heirs, successors and/or assigns, all of our right of dower, curtesy and homestead
in and to the said lands.

AND BILL REDDIG to me well known as the grantors in the foregoing Deed, and acknowledged
that they had executed the same for the consideration and purposes therein mentioned an set
forth.
And on the same day also voluntarily appeared before me, the said KAREN B. MILLER REDDIG
AND BILL REDDIG, WIFE AND HUSBAND to me well known and declared, of their own free
will, executed said Deed and signed and sealed the relinquishment of dower, curtesy and
homestead in the said Deed for the consideration and purposes Therein contained and set forth,
without the compulsion or undue influence of their spouse.
