3 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN MAP IN THE
4 BOYLE PARK PLANNING DISTRICT (LU2025-10-01), LOT 18 OF THE
5 HOPSON & SACHS ADDITION FROM OFFICE (0) TO
6 NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL (NC),AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS,the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the requested changes to the
9 Land Use Plan Map,see Exhibit A,and now recommends the changes for adoption.
10 NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
11 OF LITTLE ROCK:
12 Section 1. The Land Use Plan Map is amended from Office(0)to Neighborhood Commercial
13 (NC)as shown in the attached graphic Exhibit B,following the described territory below,also referred
14 to as Lot 18 of the Hopson& Sachs Subdivision.
15 THE SOUTH 241.48 FEET OF THE WEST 200.00 FEET OF TRACT 18,
16 HOPSON & SACHS SUBURBAN TRACTS, ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
17 LITTLE ROCK,PULASKI COUNTY,ARKANSAS,LESS & EXCEPT RIGHT
18 OF WAY FOR JOHN BARROW ROAD, MORE PARTICULARLY
19 DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
20 BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF TRACT 18; THENCE
21 NORTH 88°33'28"WEST 186.67 FEET TO THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY
22 LINE OF JOHN BARROW ROAD; THENCE ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY
23 LINE NORTH 02°12'18" EAST 241.47 FEET; THENCE LEAVING SAID
24 RIGHT OF WAY LINE SOUTH 88°33'28" EAST 187.62 FEET; THENCE
25 SOUTH 02°25'48" WEST 241.48 FEET, RETURNING TO THE POINT OF
26 BEGINNING,CONTAINING 1.037 ACRES,MORE OR LESS.
27 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause,
28 phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
29 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain
30 in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not
31 originally a part of the ordinance.

1 Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are
2 inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such
3 inconsistency.
