Importance: High
Good afternoon Brian. I hope this message finds you well.
We received the COC for the painting of the carriage house and the letter closing the file on the previous
items. Thank you.
When surveying the non -masonry areas to be painted on the carriage house this weekend, we also noted
that on the main house, there is a small, wooden, trim board between the brick and the roof line that is in
true need of painting. We want to paint this wooden board trim during the carriage house painting project.
Please issue a COC for painting the wood trim board around the roof edge of the main house at 1301
Cumberland St.
We do understand that no brick, block or masonry is to be painted and do not wish to apply for a COA.
I will await your response.
Thanks,
K
