Thank you for restoring the two windows on the west facade of the house and removing
the screen in the back yard. With this action on your part, the file has been closed. The
Historic District Commission does not have any purview on interior arrangements of the
structure; i.e. window coverings. Please feel free to hang your stained glass windows
on the interior of your house, as window treatments, if you wish.
Attached is a Certificate of Compliance for the painting of the non -masonry portions of
the rear structure. Please keep this original copy for your files.

renovations or additions that have not been specifically previously approved by the
commission.
