I have not heard from you concerning my letter of August 8, 2008 which noted violations on the stained glass windows and
the screen in the backyard. If you wish to file a Certificate of Appropriateness, I can get you on the next available hearing
which is October 13, 2008.
If you do not wish to file for a COA, but do not wish to remove the items, I will have a "Courtesy Notice" issued to you which
will ultimately result in a court appearance.
Please let me know what course of action you wish to take.
