Commission meeting agenda.
Please include this topic on the agenda for the July 10, 2006 Historic District Commission meeting.
All dates mentioned in previous email messages are to be disregarded. The deadlines for the July

The address change from Wright Ave to Cumberland St was resolved with Pulaski county.

I checked Angela Murray's abstract list dated September 28, 2005 and it has a listing of Karen B.
Miller, 623 Wright Avenue, Little Rock, AR 72206 for Lot 1 of Block 48, Original City of Little
Rock. I also have a certified mail receipt with that address on it. Do you still receive mail at that
address? If not, you may wish to contact the appropriate Pulaski County offices to get that
situation rectified.
While I was checking Ms. Murray's list, I noticed that there were properties that have changed
hands since your abstract list dated December 10, 2003. The requirement is that notice must be
sent to all owners of property materially affected by the application for a COA. Current ownership
is implicit and critical to meeting this notice requirement. Please have an abstract company
update your list prior to your mailing. Without an updated list, we cannot proceed with your public
hearing.
