Failure to Amend Certificate of Appropriateness
Dear Mr. Carpenter and Ms. Weldon,
On March 13, 2006, at the Little Rock Historic District Commission meeting Bill and
Karen Reddig requested copies of the Little Rock Historic District Commission meeting
agenda, minutes, drawings, and submittals from the February 12, 2004, July 7, 2004, and
March 13, 2006, meetings. Bill and Karen Reddig also requested all documents on
record and filed with the Little Rock City Planning and Development Department and the
Little Rock City Zoning Department as well as all other documents that will be discussed
or presented at the April 10, 2006, Little Rock Historic District Commission meeting that
pertain to 1301 Cumberland.
Bill and Karen Reddig request that the above referenced documents be delivered to 1301
Cumberland within 5 business days after receipt of this letter to allow adequate time for
review and preparation for the scheduled April 10, 2006, Little Rock Historic District
Commission meeting.
Failure to deliver requested documents within 5 business days after receipt of this letter
may result in a continuance of owner's appearance at the April 10, 2006, Little Rock
Historic District Commission meeting.
