HDC Enforcement - 1301 Cumberland
Brian,
I am having difficulty documenting the exact COA violations for 1301 Cumberland. The enforcement packet
that was delivered to this office includes a draft of the minutes from several meetings, copies of various
building permits and associated drawings, and a copy of the front page of the signed COA application. The
summary of violations prepared by Charles indicates that several aspects of the completed project varied from
the specifications indicated on the application, but the application only states: "construct a new carriage house
and courtyard, i.e. secondary structure; demolition of existing garage."
The motion to approve the application was a motion to approve "as filed" adding only two conditions: 1)
changing the roof pitch of the new structure; and 2) requiring that certain materials be submitted to staff for
approval by the Commission.
In order to establish what exactly was approved by the Commission, I need to know what was filed by the
applicant. Were there any drawings or specifications submitted with the application for COA? If so, would
you please send me a copy?
Thanks,
Debra
