1. Permit.
2. North side, rotten decking: Remove shinglesti'ti. this area
(approx. 5' x 3'). Remove & replace rotted exposed deck-
ing, matching existing. Fill in with layered shingles with
top shingle..m.atch;ing as close as possible to existing.
3. Remove & replace. 4 rotted 2x4's on back steps.
4.-Remove & replace 1 door sill on back.
5. -Remove & replace lattice under back porch & on front of
addition connecting 2 buildings.
6. Set 4x4 post back on concrete block on stairs going to -2nd
floor. Attach angle bracket to hold in place.
7. Install new window lintel over 1 south window where missing.
Same configuration as others.
8. Install new wood shakes where missing in gable ends.
-Bad wood in large overhang,on back, fill in with putty be-
fore painting..
10. Remove & replace 1 rotted window facing, sill & 1 mullion
on north side of south building.
11. On south side of north building: Remove shingles (approx.
5' x 4') above hole in overhang.
12. Repair hole in roof decking & fill in with'layered shingles
and, top shingled matching as close as possible to existing.
13. Install new wood soffit, fascia'& crown molding matching
existing (approx. 4-lineal feet).
14. Remove & replace (approx. 11 lineal feet) of rotted soffit
on north side of south building.
SIDING:
15 -Not covering soffit, fascia, frieze, window. & door facings,
lintels, sills, water table board & drip cap.beneath 1st
course of siding, corner boards, vertical boards covering
joints where house was added on to,'shakes in gables, nor
gable vents. On back side of south building; leave old.
flooring showing (except have aluminum flashing over top
side); in recessed area, install siding between boards.

16. Install Mastic brushed wood double 4" vinyl siding Calmost
smooth) on remaining vertical wall areas. Not using under-
layment behind siding.
17. Where siding meets any wood trim, caulk, using paintable
silicone.
18. Scrape, prime with oil base primer & latex overcoat on all
wood not being covered, listed in #15 'above, including steps
(that are red now) and lattice listed on #5 & gutters.
19. Only door figured painted, is 2nd floor door on back of south
building.

20. Add for painting foundation (also AC units painted now).

21. All of the above work is excluding the front of each building.
