On behalf of the Little Rock Historic District Commission (LRHDC), I am writing to notify you
that on 6 January 2000, the change of the construction technique for the garage was approved.
As required, your letters of notice to property owners within 150 feet of the garage were mailed
to the sixteen (16) owners on December 14, prior to the deadline on the 28th. There was no
opposition to your changing the construction technique, either in writing, by telephone or in
person; and opportunity was provided for the notified owners to appear before the LRHDC at its
6 January meeting.
I appreciate your attendance at the November meeting and abiding by our subsequent request to
notify the property owners. Your investment, hard work and physical improvements to the
historic district are indeed an asset to the neighborhood. Thank you for your respect and
diligence.
