Dear Robert:
The Arkansas Historic Preservation Program has reviewed the above ref-
erenced application to enclose the rear and side yards of the property
at 1001 Cumberland and place a glass -sheathed addition on south side
of the structure at that address. The design and location of these pro-
posed alterations should not negatively impact the MacArthur Park Historic
District and we therefore recommend that the project receive a Certifi-
cate of Appropriateness.
