REGARDING: APPLICATION FOR VINYL SIDING AT
923 CUMBERLAND STREET
Dear Tom:
The Little Rock Historic District Commission on December 3, 1992 denied your
application to install vinyl siding to the structure at 923 Cumberland Street. Enclosed please
find "Preservation Brief #8" which is a U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service
publication addressing the use of vinyl siding on historic structures. This pamphlet explains
very well the Commission's position on this issue.
