Permit for 915 Cumberland Street
This memo serves as administrative approval from the Little Rock Historic District
Commission to allow the property owner of 915 Cumberland Street, which is located
within the MacArthur Park Historic District, to obtain a building permit. I understand that
the permit application is for the maintenance of the structure's roof and is only a part of
the regular maintenance and repair routine of a structure. There is no new design or
configuration change to the structure's overall roofs size, shape and pitch. Regular
maintenance and normal repairs are allowed within the local historic district without a
Certificate of Appropriateness (COA); as such, the application for a building permit
should be approved.
