Poe Travel Agency proposes to connect two
wood framed office buildings at 913 and 915
Cumberland with a 61± wide connection for inter-
office use at two levels. Both structures are two
stories, with corresponding floor elevations. Form
of the structure and materials were chosen to keep
the integrity at both of the existing structures.
They are listed as follows:
Foundation -Concrete footings
Foundation Walls -Masonry Stem Walls
Floor, Wall and Roof Framing -Wood
Siding-lx6 Beveled matching existing
Screen- Wall-XI4 x 1 3/8" wood lattice
members in wood frame
Windows Double -hung with small Lited Muntins
Door -Wood Paneled with small Lited Muntins
