MEMORANDUM
TO: HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION & INTERESTED PARTIES

SUBJECT: SCHEDULED PUBLIC HEARING
Please be advised that the Little Rock Historic District Commission
will hold its next public hearing on Wednesday, March 7, 1984 at
4:00 P.M. in the Second Floor Conference Room of City Hall.
There are two (2) items on the agenda. One (1) is a new application,
the other a request for reconsideration.
Item No. 1
Owner: Mr. Gus Walton
Address: 913 and 915 Cumberland
Request: Two Story Connection Between Buildings
Item No. 2
Owner: St. Clair Development Corporation
Address: 506 E. 6th Street
Request: Reconsideration of Parking Lot Requirements
On the first item, Mr. Walton has decided not to make the 2,000 sq. ft.
addition which was approved on December 7, 1983 and instead, he is re-
questing approval of a two story walkway connector at the rear of the
structures.
The second is a request for reconsideration of the parking lot require-
ments made by the Commission for the St. Clair restoration. The appli-
cant must show just cause for such a rehearing, and it must have
unanimous consent of those commissioners present. If permitted, he will
file for the next public hearing and must renotify adjacent property
owners.
