Re.: Kanis Road Annexation (A-354) – Services Provided
Dear Mr. Dale:
The following is in reference to services provided by the City of Little Rock with the
annexation of the property located at 14703 Kanis Road, Pulaski County, Arkansas, as
shown in Attachment A.
If annexed, the City of Little Rock shall extend the following services to the Property within
three (3) years after annexation becomes final:
a. Police protection and assistance.
b. Fire protection and assistance.
c. Street and road maintenance.
d. Permission for connection to water and wastewater systems.
e. Municipal Code enforcement services.
