Please see the attached email to Brian Dale, sent on Monday, regarding your annexation application. It is
currently scheduled to go before the Board of Directors at their meeting on February 3, 2026, with the
agenda meeting set for January 27, 2026.
Unfortunately, your item—along with all other December Planning items—cannot be scheduled for the
January Board meeting due to pre-scheduled first-of-the-year business.
As a reminder, if you have any questions about your annexation application, feel free to reach out to me
directly.
