Good morning, Brian,
Please see attached Planning Commission’s Action Letter along with the draft Planning Commission
minutes for your item from the hearing on December 11, 2025. The finalized minute record will not be
oƯicial until approved by the Planning Commission at their next scheduled meeting.
This item will be forwarded to the Little Rock Board of Directors for final action. The applicant or their
representative will need to be present at the Board of Directors meeting to address any questions which
may arise. The meeting date has tentatively been set for February 3, 2026 at 6 PM with the agenda
meeting being held January 27, 2026 at 4 PM. Both meetings will be held in City Hall at 500 West
