We would be happy to schedule this item for consideration at the Planning Commission’s December 11, 2025 meeting, pending additional submittal documents and the submission of a $250 filing fee. We are missing several required documents to accept this as a complete application. Please submit the below materials no later November 13, 2025. A description of each of these submittal documents can be found on the first and second pages of the annexation application packet. If we do not receive the complete documentation by that date, we will need to defer the item to the next available meeting.
