This email serves as a confirmation that your annexation application—A-352 Valerie Place Annexation—is scheduled to be heard before the Little Rock Planning Commission on December 11, 2025. The hearing will be hearing will start at 4:00pm in the Board Room at City Hall at 500 W. Markham, Little Rock, 72201. The owner or their authorized agent must be present in order for the item to be heard. Please submit the below documents to staff no later than November 13, 2025 to complete your filing: Required Documents:  Authorization of Representation Affidavit – I have one submitted for Mr. Kurtbogan where the agent’s name is not provided, and I do not have one for Padlock. Is Padlock self-representing or being represented by Joe White & Associates?  Survey of the property addressed at 14600 Kanis Road  Contiguity Confirmation  Signed Judge’s Order  Confirmation of desired Zoning & Land Use Designations Has the annexation petition been submitted to the County Judge for review? In the cover letter the properties are described as undeveloped. Our building outline data indicates there are single- family structures and a few accessory structures present. Have these been demolished? If not, would you like to keep the cover letter as-is? Our staff report will identify the existing conditions of the land regardless of what the application states. A survey on the smaller tract located at 14600 Kanis Road is being performed and will be forwarded to you shortly under sperate cover. We would be happy to schedule this item for consideration at the Planning Commission’s December 11, 2025 meeting, pending additional submittal documents and the submission of a $250 filing fee. We are missing several required documents to accept this as a complete application. Please submit the below materials no later November 13, 2025. A description of each of these submittal documents can be found on the first and second pages of the annexation application packet. If we do not receive the complete documentation by that date, we will need to defer the item to the next available meeting. If you’ve already submitted any of these materials to the AGIO or Pulaski County, feel free to forward copies to us at your earliest convenience to help expedite our review and agenda preparation.
