Good morning, Mr. Dale,
Our staff received the documents related to an annexation request for approximately 20.8 acres
generally located at 14600 and 14621 Kanis Road. We would be happy to schedule this item for
consideration at the Planning Commission’s December 11, 2025 meeting, pending additional submittal
documents and the submission of a $250 filing fee.
We are missing several required documents to accept this as a complete application. Please submit the
below materials no later November 13, 2025. A description of each of these submittal documents can be
found on the first and second pages of the annexation application packet. If we do not receive the
complete documentation by that date, we will need to defer the item to the next available meeting. If
you’ve already submitted any of these materials to the AGIO or Pulaski County, feel free to forward
copies to us at your earliest convenience to help expedite our review and agenda preparation.

Signed Judge’s Order
Lastly, please let us know what name you’d prefer for this annexation initiative. This will serve as the
reference name on the Planning Commission and Board agendas.
