the Northwest corner of said Tract 15, Sach's Suburban Tracts; thence Southeasterly along
the Northwesterly right of way of 12`h Street Pike a distance of 115 feet to a chain -link fence;
thence Northeasterly along the line of the chain -link fence a distance of 140 feet to the
North line of Tract 15, Sach's Suburban Tracts; thence West 172.84 feet to the Point of
Beginning, being a part of Section 6, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County,
Arkansas.
