Attached are the cover letter, application, petition, affidavit, and filing fee for the above referenced
project.
This annexation request includes 14600 Kanis Road owned by I<urtbogan Vollcan and 14621 Kanis
Road owned by Pladcock, LLC. Both parcels are currently undeveloped, and both parcels would like to
develop utilizing City of Little Rock services, including public sanitary sewer.
The existing landowner of 14600 Kanis Road would like to develop into neighborhood commercial.
The owner and developer 14621 Kanis Road would like to develop into a gated residential townhome
community. The proposed source of water would be from Central Arkansas Water with the
wastewater disposal being collected by Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority.
Please place this item on the next available Planning Commission agenda. Please do not hesitate to
