Thank you for your email. The item at 909 Cumberland was approved by the commission on September 9th. The item at
1014 Rock was deferred and we'are expecting new drawings. She withdrew her fence application. Check back for the
posting of the September 12, agenda. I will keep this email and if you do not revise it later, I will forward it to the
commission.

I am the owner of property at 1116 Rock Street.
Please add me to any email distribution and communication list that pertains to activities and or proposed changes to
property in this area.
was forwarded your August 22 email regarding revisions to the guidelines and information on the changes for properties
at 909 Cumberland and 1014 Rock.
I have no objection to the request for 909 Cumberland.
However the changes that are going on at 1014 Rock are extremely upsetting to me. I realize this is not in my block and
was not aware of this proposal.
It appears that the allowance of such drastic changes to the original character of the structures are a different direction
from keeping the historic character of the existing houses and neighborhood.
You may consider this my objection to the roof line changes/addition, the back building design and footprint, and the
ornate iron fence.
I will read the guidelines that are furnished on the internet and advise with any questions or comments by September 1.
