porch:
(a) Add a 4/12 pitch gabled roof over back porch and back addition.
(b) Remove vertical trim board between old porch and back addition.
(c) On lower level, remove old aluminum windows and door. Add four new one -over -one wood
framed 32"x72" windows with trim to match original house.
(d) On upper level, remove old aluminum framed window and replace with original one -over -one
32"x78" window taken from interior of house which matches other exterior windows.
(e) Repair siding with 1"x4" beveled siding as needed.

Fence:
(a) 36" picket fence around front yard perimeter to 3' behind back of front porch.
(b) 72" stockade wood fence around backyard perimeter from 3' behind back of front porch and
extending from the house sides perpendicular (at that point) to the property line on both sides.
