submitted to the Historic District Commission on behalf of the Second Baptist Church in its
application for a Certificate of Appropriateness. The Commission is returning the mounted
schematic of the proposal and retaining the following exhibits: 1) architect's blue line drawing, and
2) certification of notice to affected property owners.
